The Section Command Post is the "Tier 1 (T1)" building for the UKF. It allows production of its mainline infantry unit, the Infantry Section (also known as Tommies), in addition to the ML 3-inch Mortar Team and the Dingo Light Scout Car units. It also has access to the research upgrade Grenade Package.
The Section Command Post serves as the beginning of the UKF tech tree advancement, which advances in a straight forward linear manner. This structure serves as the prerequisite to build the next structure in the UKF tech tree, the Platoon Command Post ("T2").
