Emplacement that act as a forward retreat point and reduces the damage taken by all units, Bunkers, emplacements, and defenses.

The Command Bunker is a Wehrmacht structure. In skirmishes, it is exclusively available to the Italian Coastal Battlegroup.

Once the Support Bunkers perk is obtained, Command Bunkers become available in the construction menu of the Pioneer Squad and the Coastal Reserves Squad.

The Command Bunker cannot be garrisoned. Instead, it serves as a support structure that empowers other nearby units and structures.

By default it has the passive ability Command Bunker Defensive Aura, which grants the player's nearby units with -15% damage reduction, and grants nearby bunkers/emplacements/defenses -30% damage reduction. This damage reduction aura does not apply to the Command Bunker itself.

It also has the active toggle ability Retreat Point. When enabled, the bunker will act as a Retreat point for the player's own units, whom will always Retreat to the closest point to them at the time of the order. This effectively can allow the Command Bunker to act as a forward Retreat point.

With such a significant defensive bonus, the Command Bunker is obviously great for Italian Coastal Battlegroup strategies of overall defensive warfare. The boost in damage reduction is enough to offset many artillery abilities and units, requiring far more effort for opponents to take out bunkers and emplacements.

As the Command Bunker does not benefit from its own aura, this means it is easier to destroy compared to the rest of the defensive line. As such, positioning is important as it is a very crucial target for opponents going on the offensive.

Unlike regular bunkers, this Bunker does have a pop cap of 2 and an upkeep of 1 per minute.
