Camouflages nearby infantry and team weapon units that are not in-combat. Detects nearby enemy units on the mini-map.

The Intel Radio Beacon is a DAK structure. It is exclusively available only with the Battlefield Espionage Battlegroup.

Once the Intel Disruption Beacon perk is unlocked, the Panzerpioneer Squad, Panzergrenadier Squad, and 250/3 Funkpanzerwagen gain the ability to construct this.

The Intel Radio Beacon can be constructed anywhere including enemy territory. Once constructed, it will passively camouflage the DAK player's nearby infantry units that are out of combat. In addition, it will detect nearby enemy units by 'pinging' them as red icons on the map. Note that this is just an indirect position reveal, it does not directly reveal sight. When enemy units are detected this way, the opposing player will receive text warnings which gives away the existence of a nearby Intel Radio Beacon.

This can be a relatively cheap way to gain additional intel while also setting up one's troops for camouflage/ambush tactics. While the Manpower cost is small, it can add up quickly however, especially since the DAK tend to be a more Manpower-hungry faction.
